PURPOSE: Diffusion sequence generator and method in CDMA communication system are provided to produce various kinds of spreading codes, and reduces PAR without a deterioration of BER performance. CONSTITUTION: A spreading signal generation method of CDMA communication system generates PN code having PNi and PNq, performs QPSK phase transition about previous spreading signals(Ci,Cq) after receiving the PN code, performs +90°C phase transition or -90°C phase transition, performs 180°C phase transition or 0°C phase transition. After that, the method selectively outputs the phase transition spreading signal according to a predetermined order. Thereby, the method reduces PAR without a deterioration of BER performance.

A storage system and a method for synchronizing the storage system are provided. The storage system includes a plurality of storages with a time slot; and a storage controller providing a signal to the storages. The time slot is initialized according to the signal and the storages are synchronized.

An embedded memory device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a mask rom including multiple mask rom cells and an address decoder decoding addresses of the multiple mask rom cells; and an e-fuse memory used to replace a part of the data stored in the mask rom. The e-fuse memory includes: multiple e-fuse memory cells storing the replacement data; and an e-fuse address selector which decodes and selects the addresses of the e-fuse memory cells.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to generate a spread sequence capable of reducing the ratio of a maximum power to an average power without the performance degradation of bit error rate in a code division multiple access(CDMA) communication system. CONSTITUTION: A method to generate spread sequence for spread spectrum comprises a process of performing phi/2-DPSK varying the phase by plus or minus phi/2 from a random initial phase, and a process of performing QPSK(Quadrature Phase Shifting Keying) where the same value is output from the prior output or both codes vary or the phase varies by plus or minus phi/2. An apparatus generating spread code comprises: a PN generator generating PNi and PNq sequence; an orthogonal code generator generating a first and a second orthogonal code; and a spread code generator generating a spread code Ci and Cq.
