Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to prevent a degradation of operating efficiency of chip mount by detecting the misalign of the cassette in the carriage. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises area sensors(101,103) and a buzzer(105). The area sensors are mounted on a carriage(20) in such a manner that the area sensors operate when even one of cassettes(30) is erroneously mounted in the carriage. The area sensors include light emitting portions(101a,103a) and light receiving portions(101b,103b). The area sensors are arranged to operate when a cassette fixing cover for fixing the cassette on the carriage opens. Alternatively, the area sensors are arranged to operate when an electronic component roll tape laminated in the cassette is protruded into a length longer than the predetermined length from the cassette.

Abstract: 본 발명은 표면실장되는 인쇄회로기판의 기종이 변경되어 이형부품을 공급하는 트레이 파래트의 크기가 변하는 경우에도, 트레이 고정장치를 이동하여 설치하지 않고 트레이 파래트를 트레이에 고정할 수 있는 트레이 고정장치에 관한 것이다. 상기와 같은 본 발명의 목적은, 일정한 규격의 트레이에 트레이보다 크기가 작으며 담기는 부품의 종류에 따라 그 규격이 다른 트레이 파래트를 고정하는 표면실장기용 트레이 고정장치에 있어서, 트레이에 설치되는 베이스와, 베이스에 선회 가능하도록 피봇 설치되며 일단은 트레이 파래트에 접촉하는 레버와, 레버의 타단으로부터 일정 거리 이격되어 베이스에 돌설된 복수개의 고정핀, 및 일단은 레버의 타단에 결합되며 타단은 복수개의 고정핀 중의 하나에 조립되는 인장스프링을 포함하며, 트레이 파래트의 규격에 따라 인장스프링을 복수개의 고정핀 중의 하나에 조립함으로써 레버의 일단이 트레이 파래트를 트레이의 기준면으로 밀어 고정할 수 있도록 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면실장기용 트레이 고정장치를 제공함으로써 달성된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A tray fixing apparatus is provided to achieve improve productivity by eliminating the necessity of releasing and re-installing the tray fixing apparatus even when the size of the tray palette is different. CONSTITUTION: A tray fixing apparatus(100) comprises a base(110) mounted on a tray; a lever(120) arranged on the base, and which has an end contacting a tray palette; a plurality of fixing pins(151,152) spaced apart from the other end of the lever and protruded from the base; and a tension spring(130) having an end coupled to the other end of the lever and the other end assembled to one of the fixing pins. The tension spring is assembled to one of the fixing pins in accordance with the size of the tray palette, to thereby permit the end of the lever to push the tray palette to the reference surface of the tray.
