Abstract:
A PCB and mobile terminal using the same are provided to control ground length of a PCB by controlling inductance or capacitance of a connection device. A PCB comprises a substrate ground and connection devices(130, 131, 132). The substrate ground comprises main grounds(110, 111, 112) and isolation grounds(120, 121, 122). The isolation ground is separated from the main ground. The connection device is an inductor or a capacitor. A size of the main ground is larger than a size of the isolation ground. A ground length of the PCB is controlled according to inductance of the inductor or capacitance of the capacitor. If the inductance of the inductor increases, the ground length is increased. If the inductance of the inductor decreases, the ground length is decreased. If the capacitance of the capacitor increases, the ground length is decreased. If the capacitance of the capacitor decreases, the ground length is increased.
Abstract:
A request processing method of a host according to an embodiment of the present invention, to transfer requests to a storage device having a multiple way structure in which a plurality of ways include a plurality of planes respectively, comprises the steps of: fetching initial requests generated from applications in a pending queue; splitting the initial requests for generating sub-requests; reassembling the sub requests for generating at least one complex request; and transferring at least one complex request to the storage device, wherein the sub-request is defined to write data at one plane among the planes or read data from one plane and the complex request is defined to write data to the ways and read data from the ways.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a non-volatile memory device and, more specifically, to a non-volatile memory device and a program method therefor capable of supporting a multi-level cell mode. The non-volatile memory device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a non-volatile memory and a controller which controls the non-volatile memory. When a logical address of data, for which a writing operation is requested, corresponds to a logical address of predetermined data among the data stored in the non-volatile memory, the controller controls the non-volatile memory in order to execute the program operation for the data before the program operation for a page which shares the same word line with a page which the predetermined data belongs to. The non-volatile memory device according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided to minimize an LSB backup operation for protecting LSB data, thereby reducing a necessary storage space for the LSB backup operation.
Abstract:
A ground device for a folder type portable terminal is provided to maximally separate a radiator feed unit and a hinge module, thereby implementing a high quality terminal. A ground device for a folder type portable terminal comprises a main body(110) having a main board(10) including a predetermined antenna radiator feed unit, a folder(120) for performing open and close operations at a predetermined angle, a hinge module(30) for connecting the main body(110) and the folder(120), an FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board)(50) installed on the main board(10) for manipulating key buttons, wherein a predetermined ground unit is installed in the FPCB(50), and electronic connection units(31,32) for electrically connecting the FPCB(50) and the hinge module(30).
Abstract:
A nonvolatile memory system and a host communicating with the nonvolatile memory system are disclosed. A memory controller of the nonvolatile memory system according to an embodiment of the present invention can copy a mapping information group including logical-physical address mapping information of user data from a nonvolatile memory to a mapping information storage unit, and can transmit size information of the mapping information group to a host. The host according to an embodiment of the present invention can receive the size information of the mapping information group from the nonvolatile memory system, and can determine an order of commands to be transmitted to the nonvolatile memory based on the size information of the mapping information group.
