Abstract: PURPOSE: A portable terminal having a slide case is provided to perform a slide case slide-movably engaged with a body plays a role as a battery cover. CONSTITUTION: A slide case (102) is slide-movably engaged with a body. A whip antenna is inserted into the body and drawn out from the body along the direction in which the slide case slide-moves by penetrating the slide case. The slide case includes a rear cover unit, a cross-section cover unit and a penetration hole. The cross-section cover unit surrounds one cross section of the body while being connected to the rear cover unit. The penetration hole is formed in the cross-section cover unit.
