PURPOSE: A molding method of a metal sheet is provided to uniformly stretch a metal sheet regardless of a fluid material inside a mold. CONSTITUTION: A molding method of a metal sheet is as follows. A metal sheet(30) is put into the gap between a mold having a vacuum chamber(22) and a holder(10) having a fluid inlet. A pad(40) having bigger elongation than the metal sheet is inserted into the gap between the metal sheet and the holder. The holder presses the pad to maintain an airtight state. Patterns are formed on the metal sheet by inhaling air from the vacuum chamber and injecting fluid into the vacuum chamber.

PURPOSE: Patterning device and method are provided to reduce cost by simultaneously performing the 3D forming and patterning of a metallic member. CONSTITUTION: A patterning device(10) comprises first and second molds(100,200), a liquid-medium holding unit(700), a 3D forming unit(300), and a patterning unit(400). The first and second molds press and support a metal sheet(20). The liquid-medium holding unit presses a metal member by liquid medium(700A). The 3D forming unit is formed on at least one of the first and second molds. If the liquid medium presses the metal member, the 3D forming unit makes contact with the metal member. The patterning unit is formed on the 3D forming unit.

본 발명에 따른 사출금형은 제 1 금형면이 마련된 제 1 금형과, 제 1 금형면과 함께 제조될 사출물과 대응하는 형상의 캐비티를 형성하는 제 2 금형면이 마련된 제 2 금형과, 흡입력을 발생시키는 진공펌프를 포함하며, 제 1 금형면에는 진공펌프에서 발생한 흡입력을 전달받아 필름이 제 1 금형면에 흡착되도록 하는 흡입구가 마련되어, 흡입구에 작용하는 흡입력에 의해 필름이 변형되며 제 1 금형면의 각 부위에 밀착되므로, 용융 수지가 제 1 금형면의 각 부위에 고르게 전달될 수 있어 제조된 사출물의 모서리에서 발생할 수 있는 불량은 대폭 감소되는 효과가 있다.

A lock detector and a delay locked loop having the same are provided to reduce influence of a noise and detect a stable lock state by detecting a lock state when an output signal is sufficiently stable through delay signals outputted from each unit delayer of a voltage control delay line. A lock detector includes a lock detection unit(220), and a bias unit(210). The lock detection unit(220) has a charging unit(224). The lock detection unit(220) controls charge and discharge of the charging unit(224) by using control signals generated based on a plurality of delay signals inputted from an external voltage control delay line and a reference signal inputted from the outside. The lock detection unit(220) detects a lock state based on an electric potential of the charging unit(224). The lock detection unit(220) has the bias unit(210) which provides a bias source to control the charge and discharge of the charging unit(224).

PURPOSE: A detecting circuit for phase lock(600) is provided to detect a stable lock state of phase without being influenced by external noise and without the need of reference voltage that changes according to reference input signals and an internal filter in a phase detecting circuit. CONSTITUTION: A detecting circuit for phase lock(600) includes a clock generating circuit(610) generates a clock signal(CKGEN) in response to the charge-up(UP) and charge-down(DN) signals generated from a phase detector according to the phase differential between output signal and reference input signal divided from a frequency divider. A delay circuit(645) generates a delay signal(LS) by delaying the clock signal(CKGEN). A detecting circuit(650) generates a phase lock detecting signal(LOCK) in response to the clock signal(CKGEN) and the delay signal(LS).

PURPOSE: An insert injection molding method for an optical pickup actuator is provided to reduce investment costs because a wire can be integrated within a mold without expensive equipment. CONSTITUTION: An insert injection molding method for an optical pickup actuator comprises a wire feeding unit(20) for supplying a wire and an injection mold where a blade and wire holder are processed. A wire is supplied from a wire supplying device to an injection mold. An optical pick up actuator being integrated is molded by inserting an injection resin. A controller for controlling the operation of the wire supplying device is added. A temporary bridge is formed in between the blade and the wire holder and removed after an injection.

디스크 게이트와 사이드 게이트를 용이하게 형성시켜 성형품을 사출 성형할 수 있는 핫 러너 시스템을 개시한다. 이러한 핫 러너 시스템은 노즐과, 노즐의 내부에 설치되는 밸브 핀을 포함하며, 밸브 핀의 둘레에는 밸브 핀의 동작에 따라 금형의 캐비티로 수지를 흐르게 하는 게이트를 형성시키는 홈이 마련되며, 홈에는 밸브 핀의 동작에 따라 게이트에 채워진 수지를 절단하는 절단부가 마련된 것을 특징으로 한다.
