Abstract: A mobile communication terminal and an image edition and screen display method using thumbnail images are provided to generate mosaic images which are new images, by mosaicking into thumbnail images, thus a user can realize the user's own characteristic screen by using the mosaicked images. When an original image is selected, the original image is divided by a cell unit of certain size to calculate a representative color of a cell, and an empty grating image corresponding to the cell is generated(S33~S35). The nearest thumbnail image is extracted within a certain range based on the representative color of the cell to locate the extracted image on the cell, and a mosaic image is generated and displayed(S42). The mosaic image is stored(S43).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A pad structure is to prevent the short of leads and to improve a peel strength by arranging the pad in a zigzag shape. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor package includes a body(12) and a number of leads(13) protruded from both sides of the body. A number of solder lands are formed on a portion of a printed circuit board(14) corresponding to the leads. A number of pads are formed on an upper portion of the solder lands. The first and second circular pads are formed on a desired portion of the pads, respectively. A joint connected to the lead is formed on an upper portion of the pad. The leads of the package are soldered to each joint. If the circular pads are slided laterally, the circular pads are not contacted with the adjacent pads to prevent the short of the leads. A height of the circular pads is same as that of the pad. The first and second circular pad are fused on both sides of the lead in a zigzag shape to support a load acting on a lateral direction of the lead.
