Abstract: PURPOSE: A light emitting device module using a plurality of phosphor plates and a display device using the same are provided to obtain white light with a high output by combining a plurality of chips to emit the white light. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of light emitting device chips(110) discharge excitation light source. A plurality of phosphor plates(120) are combined by using different phosphors. A current path(130) applies a current to the plurality of light emitting device chips. The plurality of phosphor plates are formed on the light emitting chip. The plurality of the light emitting device chips are individually or simultaneously driven by the current unit.
