CONSTITUTION: A polynucleotide amplification PCR chip comprises a sample inject domain minutely formed at a solid substrate; a sample flow channel connected to the sample inject domain; PCR performance chambers fluid-communicated with the sample flow channel; a temperature control unit with one or more thin film heaters connected to the top or the bottom of the chambers and one or more temperature sensors connected to the center of the chambers; and adiabatic grooves surrounding the PCR performance chambers.
