Abstract: A light guide film and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) having the same are provided to improve light characteristic in changing the light transmitted from a light source into the plane light beam, by forming plural holes at a light incoming portion. A conduction film(600) has the flexibility. Plural holes(610a) with a predetermined shape are formed to a light incoming portion. The conduction film includes a transparent resin and is formed by means of the extruding and drawing processes. The shapes of the plural holes are circle, ellipse or polygonal shapes. A diffusion pattern is formed at a side of the conduction film in order to scatter or diffuse the light beam. A reflection film is formed at the lower portion of the conduction film in order to reflect the light beam toward the upper surface of the conduction film. The reflection film is formed at the rear of the conduction film by the deposition manner.
