Abstract: PURPOSE: An air conditioner is provided to easily combine a suction grill with a front panel or separate a suction grill from a front panel through a hinge shaft and a hinge hole, thereby reducing assembling hours. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner includes a front panel(20) having a suction port, a suction grill(30) arranged in front of the front panel, and a hinge device(50) combining the suction grill with the front panel. The hinge device includes a first combining member(60) protruded to the front from a front surface of the suction grill and having a hinge shaft(63) at an end thereof, and a second combining member(70) arranged at the inside of one end of the suction grill and having a hinge hole(72) to be combined with the hinge shaft. An aperture(72a) is formed at the hinge hole and a cut part(63a) is formed at the hinge shaft so that the suction grill can be easily separated from or combined with the front panel.
