Abstract: A back light assembly and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) having the same are provided to include a bottom chassis having a side wall portion curved doubly for encompassing a bottom portion and a mold frame. A light guide panel(200) is arranged at a side of the light source. A mold frame(400) covers the edge of the light source and the light guide panel.
