Abstract: A flat panel display is provided to connect ground pads in driving chip electrode pads respectively corresponding to a plurality of driving chips for driving a flat display panel to stably supply a voltage and prevent a gate block phenomenon. Abstract: PURPOSE: A flexible printed circuit board of a liquid crystal display is provided to prevent disconnection of conductive patterns formed on a border portion of a solder resist layer. Conductive patterns(122) are formed on the printed circuit board coupling part(112) to transfer the driving signal to the driving IC(120) from the printed circuit board and be electrically connected to the printed circuit board. The conductive patterns extend to the driving IC, and are covered by a solder resin layer(116). Conductive patterns(124) are formed on the liquid crystal panel coupling part(114) to be electrically connected to driving elements of the liquid crystal panel from the driving IC and apply a driving signal to respective driving elements of the liquid crystal panel. The conductive patterns(124) extended to the driving IC are covered by the solder resin layer(116). An align mark(126) is formed on both outermost patterns of the conductive patterns(124) to easily couple lines of the liquid crystal panel(114).
