Abstract: 마스크의 이미지를 웨이퍼 상에 전사시키기 위한 리소그라피용 정렬기가 개시되어 있다. 상기 정렬기는 상기 마스크와 웨이퍼 사이의 갭을 지정하는 구동 시스템을 갖는 갭 셋팅 유닛, 및 상기 구동 시스템으로 부터 신호를 받아 상기 갭 셋팅 유닛의 동력을 차단하기 위한 회로 시스템을 구비한다. 눈금 측정기의 진공 온(ON) 신호를 이용하여 구동 시스템의 회전을 정지시켜 갭 셋팅 유닛의 동력 자체를 차단시키는 회로를 이용함으로써, 웨이퍼에 주는 충격을 극소화할 수 있다.

Abstract: A washing machine and a method for sensing the amount of laundry are provided to sense the amount of laundry without using a hall sensor by sensing a variation between first and second current patterns flowing in a wire of a BLDC motor. A method for sensing the amount of laundry comprises the steps of: consecutively applying a first current pattern and a second current pattern to a wire of a BLDC(Brushless DC) motor(100,102); sensing a variation of current flowing through the wire of the BLDC motor(104); and checking the amount of laundry using the current variation and the laundry amount data(106).
