Abstract: A liquid cooling system and an electronic device adopting the same are provided to effectively cool down heated parts by using coolant, make the liquid cooling system miniaturized and inexpensive by operating a circulation pump with a cooling fan, and improve assembly and easily install the liquid cooling system in a small space by forming the cooling fan, the circulation pump, and a heat sink as one assembly. A heat absorbing member(20) is equipped with a flow path(5) for circulating the coolant and absorbs heat of the heated circuit part(10). The heat sink(40) sinks the heat of the heated coolant. The cooling fan(50) blows air to the heat sink. The circulation pump(30) circulates the coolant between the heat absorbing member and the heat sink, and is operated by connecting to a rotor of the cooling fan. A cam is rotated by the rotor. The circulation pump is a diaphragm pump for pumping the coolant by relaxing/shrinking a diaphragm in a pumping chamber, and the diaphragm is released and shrunk by connecting to the cam as the cam is rotated.
