    Abstract: A random number generator according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first oscillator generating a first oscillating signal having a first frequency; a second oscillator generating a second oscillating signal having a second frequency different from the first frequency; a sampling unit receiving the first and second oscillating signals, generating at least one entropy source by combining the inputted first and second oscillating signals, and sampling a bit corresponding to the generated entropy source using a third oscillating signal; and a third oscillator and a control unit which control the first and second oscillators and generate the third oscillating signal. The frequency of the third oscillating signal is lower than the first and second frequencies.
