    Abstract: PURPOSE: An in line appliance system and a method for controlling the same are provided to share information among the appliances of the system so as to simplify the control operation. CONSTITUTION: An in line appliance system and a method for controlling the same includes a plurality of in line appliances(LOADER,EQ11-EQ15,UNLOADER), a host, an appliance controller(CONFL,CONT1-CONT5), and a master controller(10). The plurality of in line appliances(LOADER,EQ11-EQ15,UNLOADER) operates a predetermined task on a substrate. The host(40) stores the task information of the appliance and the substrate information on which the tack is performed. The appliance controller(CONFL,CONT1-CONT5) controls the task of the appliance respectively according to the substrate information and the task information, and share information on the substrate by way of network on which all the appliances are connected.
