Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for intuitive file management on the touch screen in mobile communication terminal are provided to process file management by touch symbol commands. CONSTITUTION: A terminal inspects one point touch of the touch screen phase(203). The terminal temporarily selects the file of one point touch-sensitive domain(205). In case one point touch holding time is longer than the first base time, the state of file is transformed to the mobile state(207,209). In case the touch is detected to repeat for the second base time in the same zone, the file is opened(211,213). Abstract: A tactile input/output apparatus and a driving method thereof capable of increasing the durability of each cell are provided to reduce the thickness of the cell by separating unit input cell and unit output cell. One or more unit input terminal of an input terminal(30) includes a plurality of input cells(31) arranged at the constant interval. Abstract: PURPOSE: A channel allocation method and a system thereof are provided to allocate a channel without overlapping by finding a channel which is not overlapped from channel information of heterogeneous wireless networks which use overlapped frequency band and sharing the information.
