Abstract: 다양한 실시예에 따르면, 전자 장치는, 인스트럭션들을 포함하는 메모리와, 상기 인스트럭션들을 실행하기 위한 프로세서를 포함하고, 상기 프로세서에 의해 상기 인스트럭션들이 실행될 때, 상기 프로세서는, LTE 셀에 연결 실패하여 EMM 타이머(EPS(evolved packet system) mobility management timer)가 활성화되고 NR 셀에 연결된 상황에서 MO 콜(mobile originated call)이 시도된 경우, LTE 네트워크에 대한 연결 장애의 원인을 판단하고, 리디렉션 정보를 수신하고, 상기 원인이 약전계로 인한 연결 실패 또는 일시적인 네트워크 장애인 경우, VoLTE를 작동시키기 위해 상기 리디렉션 정보에 기초하여 결정된 타겟 셀에 트래킹 영역 업데이트를 요청할 수 있다. 그 외에도 다양한 실시예들이 가능할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A route guiding method and a portable terminal for the same are provided to obtain a safe and convenient driving because only requisite information being recapped is provided to a driver according to a speed change. CONSTITUTION: A route guiding method is as follows. Surround information corresponding to a location of a portable terminal is searched in a map file(206). If the surround information is existed, whether or not a guide of the surrounding information is need or not is decided based on a speed change of the portable terminal(208). If the guide is needed, the surrounding information is guided(209). If the guide is not needed, the surrounding information is not guided.
