Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for effectively writing a naver list in a wireless communication system by reflecting the property of a region of each base station is provided to minimize the modification of a naver list and the malfunction of a real field according to the region of a base station. CONSTITUTION: Neighbor base stations are arranged in an order of a small path loss based on a distance(310). An upper-rank N base station is selected as a first neighbor list candidate(311). An RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indication) is calculated in consideration of an antenna radiation pattern by a neighbor base station(320). The neighbor base stations arranged in the order of signal strength(321). The upper-rank N base station is selected as a second naver list candidate(322).
