Abstract: An e-fuse circuit using a leakage current path of a transistor is provided to perform a fusing program, using a leakage current formed by breaking down the transistor by applying a high voltage, thereby assuring repeatability and reliability. A program circuit(101) includes a program transistor programmed by forming a leakage current path by a program voltage. A switch circuit(102) is connected between the program circuit and a ground node, and connects the leakage current path and the ground node in response to the program voltage. A current supply circuit(103) is connected to the program circuit, and supplies a current to the leakage current path after the program transistor is programmed. A sense amplifier circuit(104) is connected to a program node connected to the current supply circuit and the leakage current path and then senses and outputs the program result.

Abstract: 본 발은 트랜지스터의 절연파괴 전후의 누설 전류 차에 따라 데이터를 저장하는 이-퓨즈 회로를 제공한다. 상기 이-퓨즈 회로는 프로그램 전압에 의해 누설전류 패스를 형성함으로써 프로그램되는 프로그램 트랜지스터를 포함하는 프로그램 회로; 프로그램 전압에 응답하여 누설전류 패스와 접지 노드를 연결하는 스위치 회로; 프로그램 트랜지스터가 프로그램된 후에 누설전류 패스로 소정의 전류를 공급하는 전류 공급 회로; 그리고 프로그램 노드에 연결되어 상기 프로그램 결과를 감지하여 출력하는 감지/증폭회로를 포함한다.
