Abstract: A display device having a network function is provided to receive a phone request signal and save power loss by supplying power to a network unit when the display device is in a power-saving mode to enable the network unit to receive the phone request signal. An image processing unit(40) processes an image displayed on a display unit(50). A network unit(20) performs video phone communication with an external device. A power supply unit(30) supplies power to the image processing unit(40) and the network unit(20). A control unit(10) blocks the power supply to the image processing unit(40) and maintains the power supply to the network unit(20) in a power-saving mode.
