Provided are a hyaluronic acid conjugate including hyaluronic acid, a cross linking agent containing sulfur, and cationic and amphiphilic high molecules; a hyaluronic acid-nucleic acid complex combined with the hyaluronic acid conjugate and nucleic acid; a self-assembly cross-linked with the hyaluronic acid-nucleic acid complex combined with the hyaluronic acid conjugate and the nucleic acid; and a nucleic acid delivery composition containing the hyaluronic acid-nucleic acid complex.
Abstract:
Provided are a composition for transferring angiogenesis inducing materials including temperature-sensitive liposomes, vascular cell-specific antibody, and angiogenesis inducing materials, a tissue culture obtained by using the composition for transferring the angiogenesis inducing materials, an artificial tissue including the tissue culture, and a method for preparing the artificial tissue with blood vessels formed by using the composition for transferring the angiogenesis inducing materials.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A solid lipid nanoparticle is provided to offer an effective method for transferring an active ingredient to the target site of body. CONSTITUTION: A solid lipid nanoparticle comprises an elastin-like polypeptide in which the moiety having more than one hydrophobic groups are bound and lipid molecule. The moiety having hydrophobic group is the saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon group, the saturated or unsaturated acyl group, the substitute amide group having a chemical formula -C(CO)N(R1)(R2), which means the R1 and R2 are the respectively independent saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon, or the saturated or unsaturated alkoxy group. The lipid molecule is neutral lipid molecule or amphiphilic lipid molecule. The elastic-like polypeptide includes more than one repeat unit selected from among VPGXG, PGXGV, GXGVP, XGVPG, GVPGX, and a group comprised of combination thoseof more than once. 지질 이중층, 소수성 활성 성분, 및 조영제를 포함하는 리포좀, 이를 포함하는 약학적 조성물, 및 이를 사용하여 개체의 체내의 표적 부위에 활성 성분을 전달하는 방법을 제공한다. 이에 의하면 리포좀에 소수성 활성 성분과 조영제를 분리하여 도입할 수 있고, 소수성 활성 성분의 봉입량의 제한이 없고, 소수성 활성 성분 및 조영제의 방출을 조절할 수 있고, 진단과 치료를 동시에 달성할 수 있다.
