Abstract: 제조공정을 간소화하여 원가를 절감하고 생산성을 향상 시킬 수 있는 이미지형성체 제조방법을 개시한다. 개시된 본 발명은 이미지드럼을 제공하는 단계; 이미지드럼의 외주면에 임프린팅 공정을 이용하여 다수의 링전극용 도전성 잉크를 전사하는 단계; 이미지드럼의 외주면에 전사된 도전성 잉크를 경화하여 링전극을 형성하는 단계; 및 링전극이 형성된 이미지드럼의 외주면에 외곽절연층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함한다. 상기 임프린팅 공정은 다수의 링전극 피치와 대응되는 피치의 양각패턴이 형성된 원통몰드를 제공하는 단계; 원통몰드의 양각패턴에 도전성 잉크를 코팅하는 단계; 및 원통몰드와 이미지드럼을 평행하도록 근접시켜 상대 회전시키는 단계;를 포함할 수 있다.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing an image forming body by using an imprinting process, the image forming body made by the method and an imprinting system are provided to simplify the manufacturing process by forming a plurality of ring electrodes. A method for manufacturing an image forming body by using an imprinting process comprises the following steps of: providing an image drum(120); transferring the conductive ink for plural ring electrodes on the outer circumference of the image drum by using the imprinting process; forming the ring electrodes by hardening the conductive ink; and forming an outer insulating layer on the outer circumference of the image drum.
