Abstract: PURPOSE: A lactobacillus composition having effect of preventing and treating constipation is provided to suppress harmful enzyme inside intestine and improve defecation form. CONSTITUTION: A lactobacillus composition is produced by culturing lactobacillus of Bifidobacterium longum SPM1205(KCTC 10630BP), Lactobacillus acidophilus and Pediococcus pentosaceus, pulverizing the culture liquid and mixing lactobacillus of powder form. The lactobacillus composition has an effect of preventing and treating constipation by suppressing activation of harmful enzyme inside intestine. The harmful enzyme is beta-glucosidase, beta-glucuronidase, tryptopanase and urease. A composition for treating and preventing constipation contains the lactobacillus composition as an active ingredient.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供具有预防和治疗便秘作用的乳杆菌组合物，以抑制肠内的有害酶，改善排便形式。 构成：通过培养长双歧杆菌SPM1205（KCTC 10630BP），嗜酸乳杆菌和戊糖片球菌的乳杆菌来制备乳杆菌组合物，粉碎培养液并混合粉末形式的乳酸杆菌。 乳杆菌组合物通过抑制肠内有害酶的活化而具有预防和治疗便秘的作用。 有害的酶是β-葡糖苷酶，β-葡糖苷酸酶，曲妥坦酵素酶和尿素酶。 用于治疗和预防便秘的组合物含有乳杆菌组合物作为活性成分。
