Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing ERRgamma for promoting Oct-4 transcription activity is provided to control differentiation of pluripotent cells. CONSTITUTION: A composition for promoting Oct-4 transcription factor activity contains ERR(estrogen related receptor) gamma protein or expression construct thereof. The ERRgamma protein contains an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6. A composition for controlling differentiation of pluripotent cells contains the ERRgamma or expression construct thereof as an active ingredient.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有用于促进Oct-4转录活性的ERRgamma的组合物，以控制多能细胞的分化。 构成：用于促进Oct-4转录因子活性的组合物含有ERR（雌激素相关受体）γ蛋白或其表达构建体。 ERRγ蛋白质含有序列号1,2,3,4,5或6的氨基酸序列。用于控制多能细胞分化的组合物含有作为活性成分的ERRγ或其表达构建体。
