Abstract: PURPOSE: A random copolymer is provided to remarkably improve productivity and processability of a nanopattern substrate by forming a neutral layer by quickly binding with a substrate or particles. CONSTITUTION: A random copolymer comprises a structure indicated in chemical formula 1. R is a phosphonic acid, Me is a methyl group, x is a number of styrenes, and y is a number of methylmethacrylate. The random copolymer has a number average molecular weight(Mn) of about 5,000-20,000, the weight average molecular weight(Mw) is about 5,000-20,000, and polydispersity index is about 1.0-2.0. the number ratio of the x and y is about 40-60 to 60-40.

Abstract: 본 발명은 신규 피롤 유도체와 이를 이용한 광감응성 필름에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 화학적 및 전기화학적으로 중합이 가능한 피롤(pyrrole) 단위와 빛을 흡수할 수 있는 퍼릴렌 디이미드(perylene diimide) 단위를 포함하는 화합물을 합성함으로써 파장이 500 nm 이상인 가시광선에 의해 피롤 가교가 형성되어 불용성의 퍼릴렌 디이미드 필름을 얻을 수 있어서 태양전지, 액정, 발광 다이오드 등의 전기·전자 및 광학 소자에 널리 활용될 수 있도록 개선된, 신규 피롤 유도체와 이를 이용한 광감응성 필름에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: A novel pyrrole derivative and a photosensitive film by using the same derivative are provided to form an insoluble film by forming a pyrrole bridge through the visible ray of more than 500 nm, and selectively form a pattern by irradiating the visible ray, so that the compound is useful as an electro, electrical and optical device in solar battery, liquid crystal and light emitting diode. The pyrrole derivative represented by the formula(1) is provided, wherein n is an integer from 2 to 20, and m is an integer from 0 to 20; and the compound contains a chemically and electrochemically polymerizable pyrrole unit and a perylene diimide unit capable of absorbing the light. The photosensitive film is produced by coating with the pyrrole derivative represented by the formula(1).
