본 발명은 광분해성 질량 표지 물질 및 그 용도에 관한 것으로, MALDI-TOF(matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight) 질량 분석법 또는 매트릭스가 없는 LDI-TOF(matrix-less laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight) 질량 분석법에 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 싸이오크로멘 타입 화합물 및 그 용도에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An organic compound and the organic light-emitting device including thereof are provided to improve the solubility and thermal stability of the compound, and to improve the driving voltage, the efficiency, and the chromatic purity of the organic light-emitting device. CONSTITUTION: An organic compound is marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1~R8 are 5 or 6-membered cyclic substituents or a linear substituents, respectively. R1~R14 are hydrogen, a substituted or non-substituted alkyl group of C1~C50, a substituted or non-substituted alkoxy group of C1~C50, a substituted or non-substituted aryl group of C6~C50, a substituted or non-substituted heteroaryl group of C2~C50, a substituted or non-substituted cycloalkyl group of C5~C50, a substituted or non-substituted hetero cycloalkyl group of C5~C30, or -N(Z1)(Z2).
Abstract:
본 발명은 분석하고자 하는 펩타이드를 음이온화 함으로써 단 한번의 충돌 활성화만으로 펩타이드 서열의 동정이 가능한 TEMPO-기반 FRIPS(free radical-initiated peptide sequencing) 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 단일 충돌 활성화 에너지의 부하를 통해 TEMPO 라디칼의 제거 및 펩타이드 골격 절편화가 모두 수행되어, 긴 duty-cycle을 필요로 하던 기존의 FRIPS 방법의 단점을 훌륭하게 극복함으로써, 효율적인 단백질 구조 분석 방법으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the block copolymer comprises a first block represented by the following formula 1 and a second block represented by the following formula 2. COM1 and COM2 are independently selected from a group including polystyrene, polymethylmethacrylate, polyethylene oxide, polyvinyl pyridine, polydimethylsiloxane, polyferrocenyldimethylsilane and polyisoprene, R1 is hydrogen or an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, x is 10 to 500, a is 1 to 50, R2 is hydrogen or an alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, y is 10 to 500, and b is 1 to 50.

PURPOSE: A random copolymer is provided to remarkably improve productivity and processability of a nanopattern substrate by forming a neutral layer by quickly binding with a substrate or particles. CONSTITUTION: A random copolymer comprises a structure indicated in chemical formula 1. R is a phosphonic acid, Me is a methyl group, x is a number of styrenes, and y is a number of methylmethacrylate. The random copolymer has a number average molecular weight(Mn) of about 5,000-20,000, the weight average molecular weight(Mw) is about 5,000-20,000, and polydispersity index is about 1.0-2.0. the number ratio of the x and y is about 40-60 to 60-40.
