Abstract: A composition for regulating the transcriptional activity of hTAFII68(NTD) is provided to control the transcriptional activity of the hTAFII 68 (NTD) which is oncogene easily. A polypeptide for regulating the transcriptional activity of hTAFII68(NTD) comprises the hTAFII 68 (NTD) binding domain of the GAPDH protein of the second sequence. The hTAFII 68 (NTD) binding domain of the GAPDH protein of the second sequence promotes the transcriptional activity of the hTAFII 68 (NTD).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for screening an anti-cancer drug which suppresses tumorigenesis through high throughput method is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening an anti-cancer drug which suppresses tumorigenesis comprises: a step of treating anti-cancer drug candidate to a hose cell which is transformed; a step of measuring expression level of a reporter gene in the transformed host cell; and a step of selecting candidate which suppresses the expression of the reporter gene.
