Abstract: PURPOSE: A polypeptide containing Oct-4 binding domain of PKM2(pyruvate kinase type M2) is provided to control cell differentiation by promoting or suppressing Oct-4 transcription. CONSTITUTION: A polypeptide promotes Oct-4 transcription factor activity by binding to the Oct-4. The polypeptide is an Oct-4 binding domain of PKM2 protein comprising amino acid of the sequence number 2. An expression vector for regulating Oct-4 transcription factor activity contains a polynucleotide encoding the polypeptide or anti-sense polynucleotide which is complementary to the polynucleotide.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有PKM2（丙酮酸激酶M2型）的Oct-4结合结构域的多肽，以通过促进或抑制Oct-4转录来控制细胞分化。 构成：多肽通过与Oct-4结合而促进Oct-4转录因子活性。 多肽是包含序列号2的氨基酸的PKM2蛋白的Oct-4结合结构域。用于调节Oct-4转录因子活性的表达载体含有编码与多核苷酸互补的多肽或反义多核苷酸的多核苷酸。
