Abstract: The present invention relates to a rotation exercise apparatus capable of preventing the twist of a cable, and specifically, to a rotation exercise apparatus which is capable of preventing the twist of a cable for a sensor when the sensor is mounted on a rotational exercise unit and a continuous rotation exercise is conducted. Therefore, the apparatus enables a user to effectively exercise using a free continuous rotation exercise and allows an accurate control by sensing an exercise condition of the rotational exercise unit at the same time.
