Abstract: PURPOSE: A vector for the transformation of Dunaliella is provided to obtain a stable D. tertiolecta transformant and to apply the D. tertiolecta transformant with a high lipid content and lipid productivity. CONSTITUTION: A vector for the transformation of Dunaliella comprises a Dunaliella tertiolecta rbcS2 gene promoter, a target gene which is operatively linked to the promoter, and a Dunaliella tertiolecta rbcS2 gene terminator sequence.
