Abstract: PURPOSE: A wind power generator and a dual wind power generating system are provided to produce electricity by periodically vibrating a piezoelectric element by wind. CONSTITUTION: A wind power generator comprises a pressure gradient member(110), a piezoelectric element part(120) and a guide duct(130). The pressure gradient member is arranged on the movement route of the wind. The pressure gradient member generates the pressure gradient according to time. The pressure gradient member comprises a propeller. The piezoelectric element part is arranged to be contiguous to the pressure gradient member. The piezoelectric element part generates the electricity with the pressure gradient according to time.
