CONSTITUTION: A lightning device for broadcasting(100) includes a lightning unit(110), a radiating unit(120), an ionic wind generating unit, and a power supply unit(140). The lightning unit includes plural light resources(113) and a lightning body(114). Heat generated in a light source is discharged to the outside through the lightning unit and the ionic wind generating unit. The ionic wind generating unit includes a first electrode(131) and a second electrode(132). The ionic wind generating unit transfers the heat of the light source to the outside. A side cover(150) prevents the exposure of the first and the second electrodes.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an air supplying apparatus for a fuel cell, which can contribute to noise reduction and miniaturization of a fuel cell and improve the efficiency of a fuel cell. A fuel cell includes an electrolyte membrane, a cathode provided on a surface of the electrolyte membrane and exposed to the atmosphere, and an anode provided on the other surface of the electrolyte membrane. An air supplying apparatus for supplying air to the fuel cell includes a source electrode which is exposed to the atmosphere, adjacent to the cathode; and a ground electrode which is exposed to the atmosphere, adjacent to the source electrode, and which cooperates with the source electrode to generate ionic wind that forcibly moves air around the cathode.
