Abstract: 본 발명은 신규한 자유 라디칼 개시제 및 이를 이용한 펩타이드 서열의 동정방법에 관한 것이다. 종래의 디아조 또는 퍼옥시로 기능기를 도입한 전구체들과 비교할 때, 본 발명의 화합물을 기반으로 한 전구체는 열역학적으로 용이하게 라디칼종을 생성할 수 있으며, 더 광범위한 펩타이드 서열동정이 가능한 장점을 가지고 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 펩타이드 서열 동정 방법은 이황화 결합이 존재하는 펩타이드의 서열을 동정할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A novel free radical initiator and a method for identifying peptide sequence using the same are provided. CONSTITUTION: A compound of chemical formula 1, 2, or 3 is used as a free radical initiator for identifying peptide sequence. A method for identifying the peptide sequence comprises: a step of conjugating the compound with a peptide; a step of activating the conjugated peptide by primary collision to form molecular fragment; a dissociating by secondary collision of the molecular fragment to form ion fragment; and a step of analyzing mass of the ion fragment. The ion fragment is a, b, c, x, y or z. The method is performed on a gas phase.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种新型的自由基引发剂和使用其的鉴定肽序列的方法。 构成：使用化学式1,2或3的化合物作为鉴定肽序列的自由基引发剂。 用于鉴定肽序列的方法包括：使化合物与肽缀合的步骤; 通过初次碰撞激活共轭肽以形成分子片段的步骤; 通过分子片段的二次碰撞解离形成离子片段; 以及分析离子片段的质量的步骤。 离子片段是a，b，c，x，y或z。 该方法在气相上进行。
