Abstract:
본발명은아토피치료용유전체약물을응축시키고외부를히알루론산으로코팅하여유전체수준에서아토피질환을치료할수 있는유전체나노입자및 이의제조방법에관한것이다. 본발명은아토피질환유전자를표적하는핵산하이드로젤입자외곽에양이온성고분자층과히알루론산층을더 포함하므로피부내 RNA를분해시키는효소로부터핵산입자를보호할수 있다. 또한, 본발명은마이크로사이즈또는이에준하는나노사이즈의크기를갖는 TNF-α siRNA 하이드로젤을응축시켜나노사이즈로입자크기를줄이고, 또한, 최외곽층을 (-) 전하를띄는히알루론산으로코팅함에따라피부장벽통과가용이한유전체나노입자를제공할수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to intraocular drug delivery implant which enables continuous intraocular drug release in a desired direction and a method for manufacturing the same. The implant according to the present invention is cheap and efficient because the implant can control the release of a drug in unintended directions using a non-permeating unit. Also, the implant by the present invention is formed in a desired shape by coating a drug with a permeable layer and a non-permeable layer.
