Abstract: 본 발명은 회전식 공병 세척장치에 대한 것으로, 발명의 주된 목적은 생산량이 크지 않은 소규모의 생산업체에서 사용하기에 적합하도록 하고자 하는데 있으며, 또 다른 한편으로는 공병의 모양과 치수가 달라도 공병 홀더기구만을 교체하면 어떠한 공병에도 사용이 가능하도록 하는데 목적이 있으며, 또 다른 한편으로는 홀더 회전기구에서 홀더의 수량을 늘리므로써 시간당 세척량을 가변시킬 수 있도록 하는데 목적이 있는 것이다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 특징적인 수단은 중앙에 개방부(121)가 형성된 채 그 중앙부분이 오목하도록 원추형(또는 다각뿔 형상)으로 형성된 회전판(120)과, 그 회전 구동수단(110)을 포함하는 홀더 회전기구(100); 상기 홀더 회전기구의 상면에서 방사상으로 다수를 배열하되, 개폐시에 공병을 홀딩할 수 있는 홀딩수단(230)과, 개폐시에 배출구멍(122)으로 공병을 배출할 수 있는 배출수단(220)으로 이루어진 공병 홀더; 상기한 홀더 회전기구(100)의 공병 홀더(200)가 임의의 위치로 회전하였을 때 공병을 공급하되, 경사 플레이트(301)와, 상기 경사 플레이트(301)의 하단부에 설치한 제1스토퍼(310) 및 제2스토퍼(320)를 포함하는 공병 공급기구(300); 상기한 홀더 회전기구(100)의 공병 홀더(200)가 임의의 위치로 회전하였을 때 공병 내부를 세척하되, 끝단에 브러시(411)가 형성된 세척봉(410)과, 이 세척봉의 삽입용 액튜에이터3(420)와, 이 세척봉의 회전용 액튜에이터4(430)와, 노즐1(441)을 구비한 연성 호스(440)로 이루어진 공병 세척기구(400); 상기한 홀더 회전기구(100)의 공병 홀더(200)가 임의의 위치로 회전하였을 때 공병 내부를 헹구도록 하되, 공병의 내부를 향하여 노즐2(511))를 구비하는 헹굼수 공급파이프(510)로 이루어진 공병 헹굼기구(500); 상기한 홀더 회전기구(100)의 공병 홀더(200)가 임의의 위치로 회전하였을 때 공병 홀더(200)로부터 배출되는 공병을 안전하게 받기 위한 받침판재(610)와, 밀판(620)과, 이 밀판용 엑튜에이터5(630)을 포함하는 공병 배출기구(600)로 구성하는 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A rotative washing device of an empty bottle is provided to use in any empty bottles by replacing a holder device of the empty bottle though the shapes and the sizes of the empty bottles are different and to vary the washing amount per hour by increasing the quantity of holders in the holder device. CONSTITUTION: A rotating device of a holder(100) contains a rotating plate(120) formed in a conical shape by forming an opening portion(121) in the center and a rotation driving device(120). Empty bottle holders(200) are arranged on the rotating device in radial. The rotation driving device comprises a holding device to hold an empty bottle at an opening and a closing and a discharging device to discharge the empty bottle to a discharge hole at the opening and the closing. A supplying device of the empty bottle(300) supplies the empty bottle when the empty bottle holder is rotated to an optional position. The supplying device contains an inclined plate(301), a first stopper and a second stopper under the inclined plate. A washing device of the empty bottle(400) washes the inside of the empty bottle when the empty bottle holder is rotated to the optional position. The washing device comprises a washing rod having a brush(411), an actuator for inserting the washing rod, an actuator for rotating the washing rod and a flexible hose having a nozzle. A rinsing device of the empty bottle(500) rinses the inside of the empty bottle when the empty bottle holder is rotated to the optional position. The rinsing device comprises a rinsing water supply pipe(510) having a nozzle toward the inside of the empty bottle. A discharging device of the empty bottle(600) contains a supporting plate(610), a bottom plate(620) and an actuator(630) for the bottom plate to safely receive the empty bottle from the empty bottle holder when the empty bottle holder is rotated to the optional position. Thereby, a washing device of the empty bottle washes the empty bottles continuously and repeatedly.
