Abstract: The present invention relates to a nanowire for storing biochemical materials and a manufacturing method thereof, comprising: a step of preparing a porous template in which multiple through-holes are formed; a step of forming a seed layer on one side of the porous template and shielding one side of the part or the whole of the multiple through-holes with the seed layer; a step of forming a protective layer in order to be in contact with the seed layer in the inner space of the sides in which one side of the multiple through-holes is shielded with the seed layer; a step of forming a paramagnetic material layer in order to be in contact with the protective layer in the inner space of the sides in which one side of the multiple through-holes is shielded with the seed layer; a step of forming a biochemical material storage layer in order to be in contact with the paramagnetic material layer in the inner space of the sides in which one side of the multiple through-holes is shielded with the seed layer; a step of removing the seed layer; and a step of removing the porous template.
