Abstract: PURPOSE: A calibration method for an incomplete shape of a rounded indenter through continuous effective radius conduction is provided to accurately induce properties evaluated through an indentation test. CONSTITUTION: A calibration method for an incomplete shape of a rounded indenter through continuous effective radius conduction is as follows. A reference curve is induced by an indentation test of properties uniformly evaluated. A predicted property is evaluated using a relational expression(A=f(B)) used when the reference curve is induced. It is confirmed whether the evaluated property is the same as the reference curve. If the confirmed result is more than an allowable error, an arbitrary effective radius is changed until the property is the same as the reference curve.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供通过连续有效半径传导的圆形压头不完整形状的校准方法，以准确地诱导通过压痕测试评估的性能。 构成：通过连续有效半径传导的圆形压头不完整形状的校准方法如下。 通过对均匀评价的性质的压痕试验诱导参考曲线。 使用当引用参考曲线时使用的关系表达式（A = f（B））来评估预测特性。 确认所评估的属性是否与参考曲线相同。 如果确认结果大于允许误差，则任意有效半径发生变化，直到属性与参考曲线相同。
