PURPOSE: A biosensor for detecting heavy metal is provided to detect a subject heavy metal with high sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A biosensor for detecting heavy metal comprises: a substrate; and one or more demetalated metalloprotein placed on the substrate. The biosensor contains alkane compound having thiol group (SH-) at one end and a carboxyl group(COOH-) at the other end. The biosensor further comprises a self-assembled monolayer between the substrate and metal protein. The subject heavy meal is copper ion.

A controlling device for an electronic device according to the present invention controls a pulse generator outputting a pulse having a controllable duty ratio; a switching unit switching a power supply source and a ground connection power source with the pulse and connecting that with an output terminal; and an inductor unit of which one end is connected to the output terminal of the switching unit. The controlling device for an electronic device controls the electronic device connected to the inductor unit by controlling the duty ratio of the pulse.

PURPOSE: A high sensitivity heavy metal detecting sensor using the plasmon resonance of a center-satellite nano structure and a detecting method thereof are provided to amplify a plasmon resonance phenomenon, thereby detecting a trace amount of heavy metal existing in a solution at high sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A high sensitivity heavy metal detecting sensor using the plasmon resonance of a center-satellite nano structure comprises a supporter(10), a first metal nano particle(20), and a second metal nano particle(30). The first metal nano particle is arranged on the supporter and surface-polished by a first compound(24) including a first functional group(22). The second metal nano particle is surface-polished by a second compound(34) including a second functional group(32). The second metal nano particle is arranged around the first metal nano particle by joining the first and second groups, thereby inducing a plasmonic resonance.

본 발명에 의한 전력 소자 제어 장치는 조절 가능한 듀티비(duty ratio)를 가지는 펄스를 출력하는 펄스 제너레이터(pulse generator), 상기 펄스로 공급전원과 접지전원을 스위칭하여 출력단과 연결하는 스위칭 유닛 및 상기 스위칭 유닛의 출력단과 일단이 연결된 인덕터 유닛(inductor unit)을 포함하며, 상기 전력 소자 제어 장치는 상기 펄스의 듀티비를 조절하여 상기 인덕터 유닛과 연결된 전력 소자를 제어한다.
