슬러리 방법을 통한 은, 전이 금속 산화물 증진제 및 담체를 함유하는 촉매를 제조함에 있어 특정 전이 금속 산화물 증진제를 적용하여 프로필렌과 산소로부터 프로필렌 옥사이드를 기존 방법으로 제조된 촉매보다 높은 수율로 제조할 수 있도록 하는 프로필렌 직접산화 반응용 촉매가 개시된다. 본 발명은 프로필렌의 직접산화 반응으로부터 프로필렌 옥사이드를 제조하기 위해 사용되는 지지화 은 촉매로서, 촉매 증진제로 몰리브덴 옥사이드 및 텅스텐 옥사이드를 포함하는 프로필렌 직접산화 반응용 촉매를 제공한다.

Provided are a precious metal-supported catalyst comprising: 100 parts by weight of carbon carrier which has uniform pore structure; 1-20 parts by weight of transition metal supported on the carbon carrier; and 1-10 parts by weight of precious metal supported on the carbon carrier, having a specific surface area of greater than or equal to 450 m^2/g, and preparing a mixture of 1,4-butanediol and dimethylsuccinate from a solution including succinic acid, and a method for preparing the precious metal-supported catalyst. Also, provided is a novel catalyst reaction process which can effectively prepare 1,4-butandiol from succinic acid using the precious metal-supported catalyst.

본 발명은 글리세롤의 수소첨가분해반응을 통한 1,2-프로판디올 생산 반응용 촉매 및 이를 이용한 1,2-프로판디올의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 구리-크롬 촉매에 귀금속인 팔라듐을 도입하여 활성점을 증가시킴으로써 낮은 수소 분압에서도 높은 활성을 나타내면서도, 펠렛 형태로서 연속공정에 적용 가능한 촉매 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A copper-chrome reaction catalyst is provided to increase activation point by introducing a palladium which is a precious metal into a copper-chrome catalyst, thereby having high activity even under a low hydrogen partial pressure, thereby being applied to a continuous process as a pellet shape. CONSTITUTION: A copper-chrome reaction catalyst of 1,2-propanediol comprises a metal element, and a copper-chrome catalyst. The metal element is a co-catalyst of a copper-chrome catalyst. A manufacturing method of the 1,2-propanediol comprises a step of preparing a metal precursor solution by dissolving a metal precursor compound into a solvent; a step of forming a precipitate by controlling pH of the metal precursor solution; a step of measuring the precipitate; a step of filtering and drying the precipitate; a step of incinerating the dried precipitate; and a step of adding an organic binder into the catalyst powder, pasting, and extrusion-molding the same. Abstract:
PURPOSE: Mesoporous carbon catalyst carrying metal, a method for preparing the same, and a method for preparing propanediol from glycerol using the same are provided to uniformly disperse metal on the carbon catalyst through one-step process. CONSTITUTION: A silica precursor, a carbon precursor, a metal precursor, a compound with alkoxide and thiol, a surfactant, a polymerization initiator, and an acidic solution are mixed. The compound with alkoxide and thiol is selected from (3-mercaptopopyl) methyldimethoxysilane, (3-mercaptopropyl) triethoxysilane, (3-mercaptopropyl) trimethoxysilane, and the mixture of the same. The mixture is heated to obtain a suspension. The suspension is filtered and dried. The dried material is carbonized under inert gas. Silica material is eliminated from the carbonized material using an acidic or alkaline solution.
