Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for evaluating web-based construction knowledge through hierarchical evaluation by expert index is provided to supply evaluation by a user having high quality in a category of relevant construction knowledge, thereby accurately and reasonably evaluating construction knowledge. CONSTITUTION: Expert index numbers about category of construction knowledge is given to users(S11). The construction knowledge is transmitted to a user having high expert index number(S12). A knowledge number is generated. The expert index number about the category of corresponding construction knowledge is given to a user who participated in evaluation(S13). The construction knowledge which the expert index is generated is registered. If the expert number exceeds the predetermined score, the expert index number is given to a user inputting the construction knowledge(S14).

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种通过专家指标分级评估来评估网络建设知识的方法，为相关施工知识类别的高质量用户提供评估，从而准确合理地评估施工知识。 规定：向用户提供有关施工知识类别的专家指标（S11）。 将构造知识发送给具有高专家索引号的用户（S12）。 生成知识编号。 对参与评估的用户给出了相应建筑知识类别的专家指标数字（S13）。 生成专家指标的施工知识已经注册。 如果专家号码超过预定分数，则向输入构造知识的用户提供专家索引编号（S14）。
