Abstract: PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing 1,2-dithiolthione is provided to prevent and treat diseases hyperreactivity of LXRα(Liver X receptor α) or SREBP-1(Sterol Response Element Binding Protein) such as hypertension, aldosteronism, and adrenoleukodystrophy. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating overexpression or hyperreactivity of LXRα(Liver X receptor α) or SREBP-1(Sterol Response Element Binding Protein) contains a compound of chemical formula 1, its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, their solvate or hydrate as an active ingredient. The overreactivity of the LXRα or SREBP-1 is fatty liver, hypertension, aldosteronism, hypertriglyceridemia and high renin blood trouble. The compound of chemical formula 1 is oltiprazes(4-Methyl-5-(2-pyrazinyl)-1,2-dithiol-3-thione).

Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有1,2-二硫硫醇的药物组合物，用于预防和治疗高血压，醛固酮增多症，肾上腺脑白质营养不良等LXRα（肝X受体α）或SREBP-1（Sterol Response Element Binding Protein）疾病的高反应性。 构成：用于预防或治疗LXRα（肝X受体α）或SREBP-1（Sterol反应元件结合蛋白）的过表达或高反应性的药物组合物含有化学式1的化合物，其药学上可接受的盐，其溶剂合物或水合物作为 有效成分。 LXRα或SREBP-1的过度反应是脂肪肝，高血压，醛固酮增多症，高甘油三酯血症和高肾素血症。 化学式1的化合物是奥氮平（4-甲基-5-（2-吡嗪基）-1,2-二硫醇-3-硫酮）。

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing metadoxine for preventing or treating obesity is provided to suppress lipid accumulation in cells without side effects and to prevent or treat obesity and complications thereof. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating obesity or complication thereof contains metadoxine(pyridoxol L-2-pyrrolidone-5-carboxylate), pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, solvate thereof, or hydrate as an active ingredient. The treatment of prevention of obesity or complications is suppression of PKA-CREB(protein kinase A-Cyclic AMP response element binding protein). The composition additionally contains other therapeutic agent for obesity together with metadoxine as active ingredients.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有用于预防或治疗肥胖症的替多他辛的组合物，以抑制细胞中的脂质积累，而不会产生副作用并预防或治疗肥胖及其并发症。 构成：用于预防或治疗肥胖症或并发症的药物组合物含有替莫多星（吡哆醇L-2-吡咯烷酮-5-羧酸酯），其药学上可接受的盐，溶剂合物或水合物作为活性成分。 预防肥胖或并发症的治疗是抑制PKA-CREB（蛋白激酶A-Cyclic AMP反应元件结合蛋白）。 该组合物另外含有其他治疗剂用于肥胖症以及替多他辛作为活性成分。

Abstract: 본 발명은 1,2-디티올티온(1,2-DITHIOLTHIONE) 유도체를 함유하는, LXRα (Liver X receptorα) 또는 SREBP-1(Sterol Response Element Binding Protein)의 과다 활성으로 기인하는 질병의 예방 및 치료에 유용한 약학조성물에 관한 것이다.
보다 구체적으로는, 본 발명은 4-메틸-5-(2-피라지닐)-1,2-디티올-3-티온, 3-메틸-1,2-디티올-3-티온 또는 5-(6-메톡시피라지닐)-4-메틸-1,2-디티올-3-티온 등의 1,2-디티올티온 유도체를 함유하는 약학조성물에 관한 것으로서, 상기 약학조성물은 지방간, 고중성지방혈증, 고레닌혈증, 레닌으로 기인한 고혈압, 알도스테론증, 부신백질이영양증, 신사구체경화, 단백뇨, 신장해 등의 예방 및 치료에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있다.
