The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus through which a user can write notes on an electronic bulletin board and share the written notes on the electronic bulletin board with other people over a network. A method for providing an electronic bulletin board through a portable terminal with a touch screen according to the present invention comprises the steps of: controlling a touch screen to ensure that the touch screen reads a first bulletin board from a storage part of the portable terminal and displays the first electronic bulletin board; detecting a movement of a touch from the touch screen; controlling the touch screen to ensure that a first memo corresponding to the movement of the touch is displayed on the first electronic bulletin board; determining whether construction of the memo is finished in the case that the touch is released; and, if the construction of the memo is finished, transmitting a first update request message including the first memo and location information on the memo to an external device and making the external device update a second electronic bulletin board which is stored in the external device. PURPOSE: A multiplexed MS3 mass spectrometer which detects the decomposition product of ion, toward which laser is emitted, is provided to accurately set the mass of intermediate by calculating the detecting time of C component toward PD product. CONSTITUTION: A multiplexed MS3 mass spectrometer comprises an ionization source(100), a tube(102), a reflector(104), a linear potential reflectron(108), an ion gate(106), a PD cell(110), a PD laser(112), a quadratic potential reflectron(114) and a detector(116). The ionization source releases the ion delay. The ion emitted from the ionization source passes through the tube. The influence of the around electric field about the progressive direction of the ion is blocked by the tube. The reflector controls the direction of the ion passing through tube.
