    Abstract: The present invention relates to stereostructure of a complex found through crystallization of NanR which is a core pathogenic regulatory protein of vibrio vulnificus sepsis and a ManNA6P complex which is a regulatory material of NanR. Also, the present invention relates to a NanR modified protein, polynucleotide coding the same, a vector including the same, and a transformant including the vector. Additionally, the present invention relates to a method for screening a material regulating combination between transcriptional regulatory part DNAs of NanR and nan operon which is a cluster of genes which NanR controls by designing three dimensional stereostructure of the complex, or a material regulating combination between NanR and ManNAc-6P, and to an antibacterial composition including the screened material.
