Abstract: PURPOSE: An interior and exterior decoration material using phytoplankton is provided to express colorful environment and to relieve global warming. CONSTITUTION: An interior and exterior decoration material using phytoplankton having color comprises: a transparent case(10) having an opened body and cover; a greenhouse gas inlet(30) which supplies the gas to a case; a nourishment supply part(40); and phytoplankton(20) which is obtained by synthesizing organic matter.
