Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for screening an anti-spoptotic material or an apoptosis-inducing material is provided to simply and efficiently screen cancer therapeutic materials or carcinogenic materials. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening an anti-apoptotic materials comprises: a step of contacting a test material with cells containing Bcl3 and CtBP1 gene or protein; a step of detecting Bcl3-CtBP1 binding in the cells; a step of checking upregulation of Bcl3 and CtBP1 stabilization; and a step of selecting the test material which induces upregulation and stabilization. The cell is breast cancer cells. The Bcl3-CtBP1 binding is mediated by PXDLS/R sequence.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种筛选抗细胞凋亡物质或细胞凋亡诱导材料的方法，以简单有效地筛选癌症治疗材料或致癌材料。 构成：筛选抗凋亡物质的方法包括：使测试材料与含有Bcl3和CtBP1基因或蛋白质的细胞接触的步骤; 检测细胞中Bcl3-CtBP1结合的步骤; 检查Bcl3和CtBP1稳定化的上调步骤; 以及选择引起上调和稳定化的测试材料的步骤。 细胞是乳腺癌细胞。 Bcl3-CtBP1结合由PXDLS / R序列介导。

Abstract: 본 발명은 항-세포사멸 물질 또는 세포사멸 유도 물질의 스크리닝 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 Bcl3의 원종양 형성 유전자 작용의 근간을 이루는 분자적 메커니즘을 통한 스크리닝하는 방법을 최초로 제공한다. 본 발명의 스크리닝 방법은 암의 예방 또는 치료에 효과적인 물질 또는 발암물질과 같은 항-세포사멸 물질을 간편하고도 효율적으로 스크리닝할 수 있다.
