Abstract: The present invention provides a production method of graphene, the graphene produced by the method, and a production method thereof. The production method of the graphene comprises the following steps: loading a catalytic metal layer inside a chamber; applying tension to the catalytic metal layer; and supplying a carbon source into the chamber while applying the tension to the catalytic metal layer for producing graphene on the catalytic metal layer. Therefore, the size of grains of the catalytic metal layer is increased by applying the tension to the catalytic metal layer, and the uniform graphene with high quality can be produced by using the catalytic metal layer.
