Abstract: 본 발명은 소의 배아줄기세포 확립을 위한 배양액 및 이를 이용한 소의 배아줄기세포의 배양방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 소의 배아줄기세포 확립을 위한 배양액은 분화와 관련된 신호체계를 억제하고 부착능력과 생존율을 향상 시킴으로써, 배반포로부터의 소 배아줄기세포 확립 및 장기 계대가 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 배아줄기세포의 보존성이 증가하며, 장기 계대에도 불구하고 미분화 상태의 전능성 줄기세포로서의 특성을 우수하게 발현하므로 소 배아줄기세포의 배양액으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for transferring a fertilized egg of cows is provided to improve pregnancy rate in cows by suppressing an inflammatory reaction with dexamethasone and rhLIF, thereby increasing productivity of Korean beef cattle. CONSTITUTION: A method for transferring a fertilized egg of cows comprises the following steps: (a) externally aging a cow egg, externally fertilizing the egg with sperm, and externally culturing the fertilized egg; (b) putting the fertilized egg in a transferring solution containing dexamethasone and a recombinant human leukemia inhibitory factor(rhLIF), and loading the fertilized egg and the solution in straw; and (c) directly injecting the straw loaded with the fertilized egg and the solution, and transferring the fertilized egg. [Reference numerals] (1) Verifying based on the occurrence of re-estrus between 23 days and 42 days; (2) Analyzing pregnancy when 60 days after the pregnancy; (AA) Solution for transferring a fertilized egg; (BB) Basic solution(TCM-199 + 10% FBS); (CC) 100nM/ml Dexamethasone and 100nM/ml rhLIF; (DD) Washing twice to three times; (EE) Washing using the same solution; (FF) Loading a straw; (GG) Loading a fertilized egg and the solution for transferring a fertilized egg in the straw; (HH) Transferring the fertilized egg; (II) Analyzing pregnancy;

Abstract: The present invention relates to a culture medium for establishment of bovine embryonic stem cells and a method for culturing bovine embryonic stem cells using the same. The culture medium for establishment of bovine embryonic stem cells suppresses differentiation-associated signals and increases adhesive ability and viability, thereby enabling the establishment of bovine embryonic stem cells from blastocysts and long term subculture, increasing preservability of the embryonic stem cells, expressing excellent characteristics as undifferentiated pluripotent stem cells, and therefore being able to be useful as a culture medium for bovine embryonic stem cells.
Abstract translation: 本发明涉及用于建立牛胚胎干细胞的培养基和使用该培养基的牛胚胎干细胞的培养方法。 用于建立牛胚胎干细胞的培养基抑制分化相关信号并增加粘附能力和活力,从而能够从胚泡和长期传代培养物建立牛胚胎干细胞,增加胚胎干细胞的保存性,表现出优异的特性 未分化的多能干细胞,因此能够用作牛胚胎干细胞的培养基。
