Abstract: 본 발명은 돼지의 내인성 레트로바이러스(Porcine endogenous retrovirus, PERV)의 감염 여부 검출용 다중 PCR 프라이머, 상기 프라이머를 포함하는 바이러스 감염 여부 진단용 키트 및 이를 이용한 진단 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 프라이머를 이용한 다중 PCR 결과, 돼지 유래 세포주 뿐만 아니라, 돼지에서 채취한 간 조직, 혈액 및 모근으로부터 분리한 DNA에서 PERV의 아형에 상관없이 역전사 효소 유전자(
pol ), 외피 당단백질(envelope glycoprotein,
env ) 유전자 및 돼지 미토콘드리아 DNA가 높은 효율로 탐지되었으므로, 본 발명의 프라이머는 돼지의 PERV 감염 여부를 진단하는데 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A multiplex PCR primer for detecting PERV(Porcine endogenous retrovirus) infection is provided to efficiently detect porcine mitochondria DNA and envelope glycoprotein(env) gene. CONSTITUTION: A pair for diagnosing of determining PERV infection comprises: a primer pair having an oligonucleotide of sequence numbers 5 and 6, which specifically encodes envA; a primer pair having an oligonucleotide of sequence numbers 7 and 8, which specifically encodes envB; a primer pair with an oligonucleotide of sequence enumber 9 and 10, which specifically encodes envC; and a primer pair with an oligonucleotide of sequence numbers 11 and 12, which specifically encodes pol.
