Abstract: The present invention provides a cis-acting factor of a promoter which consists of base sequence of TCCTGA and induces the expression of a specific gene by jasmonic acid and derivatives thereof; a recombining plant expression vector including the cis-acting factor; a method for manufacturing a transgenic plant capable of producing target protein by inducing the expression of a target gene through an outside stimulus by transforming plant cells using the recombining plant expression vector including the cis-acting factor; a transgenic plant capable of producing the target protein manufactured by the method and seeds thereof; a method for producing target protein in a plant body by inducing the expression of a target gene against an outside stimulus by transforming plant cells using the recombining plant expression vector including the cis-acting factor; and a composition for producing target protein in a plant body by inducing the expression of a target gene against an outside stimulus including a cis-acting factor consisting of base sequence of TCCTGA.
